Mental Health Promotion and Intervention in Occupational Settings

 The project’s primary aim is to improve mental health in the workplace by developing, implementing and evaluating a multilevel intervention targeting mental health difficulties in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the construction, health and ICT sectors. The secondary aim is to reduce depression and suicidal behaviour.

MENTUPP celebrates one year of outstanding teamwork and dedicated design of the MENTUPP multilevel intervention

From 9-11 December 2020, the MENTUPP Consortium met for the third time since the project started. In a three-day virtual plenary meeting, partners from 17 countries presented their progress on the MENTUPP project, in particular updates were provided on the development of the MENTUPP Intervention program, which will be housed in the MENTUPP Hub – an online platform for Small and Medium Sized enterprises in Europe and Australia to access these interventions during the MENTUPP Pilot study and Cluster Randomised Controlled Trial (cRCT). The contributions by representatives from the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), as well as the MENTUPP advisory board were greatly appreciated and all parties agreed that a highly productive meeting took place.
